This policy describes how PT Juara Holding Group handles personal data in connection with labuanbajokomodo.com. It covers this website only. Komodo Luxury, the operating company in the same group that actually takes bookings, publishes its own privacy terms; when you move from reading here to enquiring there, you move to that policy.
What this site collects
Anonymous traffic measurement. Page views are counted through Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that does not build cross-site profiles or fingerprint individual visitors. Standard web-server logs record IP address, user agent, requested URL, and referrer for security and abuse handling.
Contact-link taps. When a WhatsApp, phone, or email link on this site is tapped, we log that an outbound contact was started — the page it happened on and which channel was used. This tells us which pages actually answer a question well enough that someone acts on it. The record contains no name, phone number, or message content, because at the moment of the tap the site has none of those.
What there is not. This site runs no contact form, no newsletter signup, no comment system, no login, and no payment page. It sets no advertising cookies and carries no advertising or social pixel. We do not buy, sell, rent, or enrich personal data, and we do not build audience segments from visitors here.
What happens when you contact us
Every contact route on this site is a direct handover: a wa.me link, a tel: link, or a mailto: address. Your message goes to Komodo Luxury on WhatsApp or to sales@komodoluxury.com. Whatever you choose to include — travel dates, group size, dietary or medical notes — is held by that company for the purpose of answering you and, if you book, of running the trip. It is not copied back into this website, and no database on this domain stores it.
Cookies
Only functional first-party cookies are used, and only where the page needs them — page-caching and security cookies set by the server. The analytics in use is cookieless. Blocking cookies in your browser will not break any page here.
Where the data sits
This site is served from an origin server in France, inside the European Union, behind Cloudflare’s network. Server logs and the contact-tap log live on that server. Correspondence you send by WhatsApp or email lives in the operator’s systems, not here.
Retention
Server logs and contact-tap records are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Correspondence held by the operating company is retained under that company’s own schedule, including the retention periods Indonesian tax rules impose on booking records.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email sales@komodoluxury.com with “Data Request” in the subject line. Because this website holds almost nothing that identifies a person, most such requests are really about the operator’s correspondence records, and we will route them there. We aim to respond within 14 days.
Children
Nothing here is directed at children, and no data is knowingly collected from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent personal data through one of the contact channels, write to the address above and it will be deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is restricted and logged. No payment data is ever handled on this domain, because no payment is ever taken on it.
Changes
This policy is updated when the practices behind it change — including if analytics or tag management is added later, which would be reflected here before it went live. The date at the top shows the last substantive revision.
