Who these terms are between

They govern your use of labuanbajokomodo.com, operated by PT Juara Holding Group (“we”, “this site”). This is an editorial travel-information site covering Labuan Bajo and Komodo National Park. This guide does not operate boats. Bookings are fulfilled by Komodo Luxury, and this site may earn a referral commission. Trips, charters, and packages referenced across these pages are booked through Komodo Luxury, part of the same group, with boat operations run by PT Komodo Bahari Nusantara (KBLI 79120). Where the terms of an actual trip come from

This is the clause that matters most, so it is stated plainly rather than buried. Nothing on this site creates a booking, reserves a cabin, or takes money. Deposits, balance-payment deadlines, cancellation and refund rules, insurance requirements, crew certification, and limits of liability for a Komodo trip are set by the operating company and issued to you in writing at the time of booking — on that company’s own terms, under its own contract. We deliberately do not restate those figures here. A percentage or a deadline copied onto an editorial page ages badly and would give you a number to rely on that we are in no position to honour. If you want them before you commit, ask Komodo Luxury for the current booking conditions in writing and read them against the quote.

The same applies to safety and certification. This site does not hold, and does not claim, diving or vessel certifications on behalf of any third party. Where a page discusses crew certification or safety equipment, it does so as a set of questions worth asking an operator — not as a warranty about any particular boat.
