Komodo National Park: entrance fees & quota

Komodo National Park entrance fee is a flat IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per visit under PP No. 36/2024 (effective 30 October 2024) — no weekday/weekend split, no per-island split. Indonesian citizens pay IDR 50,000 on weekdays or IDR 75,000 on weekends/holidays. This does not include the ranger/guide fee (roughly IDR 150,000 per group of 1–5 visitors), so a foreign visitor’s practical total is roughly IDR 400,000–525,000 per person per visit once the guide fee and conservation/dermaga charges are bundled in. The park-wide quota is 1,000 visitors per day split across three scheduled sessions — it is not a separate quota per island. Online booking via the SiOra system (e-ticket + QR) has been mandatory for Komodo Island and Padar since April 2026.
